"Was hoping for more."

"I came to SF for my 40th birthday for the first time and chose the Jay as it seemed stylish, well situated, and had amenities I was looking for. It didn’t disappoint. We found the bed very comfortable, they had daily housekeeping which is very rare these days, room service (also rare), a shower where there’s an actual door that closes, and a lovely hotel restaurant and lounge/cafe area which we used often to do some reading! Also, the hotel is near lots of public transportation which we used...

"Fint hotel i centrum af SF. Dejligt at parkering er med i prisen. Fint værelse. "

"Beskidt værelse - støv på paneler - spindelvæv i vinduet"

"Parking price ridiculos "

"Deluxe and Superior means nothing in this hotel. We had a Deluxe room and even named ‘Superior’ - but we looked out into a dirty yard with big ventilationunits that ran 24/7. Long queues for breakfast in a much too small area."

"Great location. My room had a private bathroom but it was with a sliding door that didn’t close anywhere near tight and the shower door leaked water onto the floor. Also the sink was placed outside the bathroom (?). You should choose this for the location and decent rooms but would not recommend for couples."

"Good property"

"Virkelig god og tryg beliggenhed, stort og rent værelse og meget imødekommende personale. Bor gerne her igen."

"The stay was good overall. However, I have paid extra fee for a partial bay view, which was an absolute scam!! The extra fee did not provide anything even close reminding of a bay view. When I addressed the issue at the reception and showed them a picture of the view I’ve got, I was told that the hotel consider this to be a bay view. See the picture of the “bay view” I’ve got and paid an extra fee for."
