"Although we stayed only for one night, everything was exceptional. The check-in, the friendly staff, the breakfast, the room. I forgot a piece of gold jewelery in the room, and was promptly contacted by the Hotel on email. I arranged for it to be picked up, and the service, the approach was extremely professional and recommendable. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We arrived at 3 pm but the room was unavailable so we had to wait till 4:15 pm to get the room. Although the wait was pleasant enough with snacks, we realised that the reception had forgotten about us and it was only after we approached them again that they ‘remembered’ we were waiting for over an hour! After that initial glitch, the rest of the stay was fabulous! The facilities are exceptional and the service top notch! The staff are gracious and the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, as was the pool and gym. Would have definitely been a 5 star rating if not for the check-in incident! "

"Hotel was nice, no complains. Location close to airport convenient. But the surrounding was the worst ever, absolutely horrible area, no places to go to. Will defently not come back. "
