"This is the perfect cottage to explore Skye. Ideal for a family of four. We slept well, the shower is good and every thought has gone into this self catering accommodation (not one but two hairdryers, sharp kitchen knives, dishwasher tablets, treats!). We arrived with everything we needed food and drink wise (I recommend you do as well as it's a drive to the shops) but also ate locally at the inn which was fine and lively. There's an excellent playpark across the road and a pottery. "

Gregor was communicative through entire process and helped us out a bunch on planning and direction. We took him up on a rather bespoke tour that was the absolute highlight of our trip. "

Wenn man sternförmig Ausflüge plant und Abend zurückkommt, total platt, dann ist dies das beste Cottage. Wenn mal etwas nicht passt ( bei uns nicht) , ist sofort Hilfe da. Ob NC500 oder Eileen D. Castle. Alles ist innerhalb 1,5h Fahrt einfach erreichbar. Der Ort selbst bietet ja schon 2 highlights . Das Urq. Castle sowie das Loch Ness Museum. "Paul met us at the property and talked us through all the cottages features and discussed the local area. Cottage was immaculate and spotless. Very comfortable beds and a great nights sleep. If you are doing the NC500, then this is a perfect stopover and very tranquil. Would highly recommend."

I cooked two of our three nights. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The last night we were there it was rainy and cold. The log burner was a welcome addition. "A great place to getaway and just enjoy the solitude. We had a cozy fire in the comfort of this beautiful Croft house. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well equipped. It does not disappoint!"

"Beautiful location way out of town but must have a car as cabs are unreliable and expensive. We were surprised breakfast was not offered since there is no place around to eat and nothing was provided for us in the suite, no tea, milk, coffee, rolls or even a teapot for the first morning. Very uncomfortable and worn beds. Pullout couch needs another foam on it. Communication was good with owner and responded when we contacted them "

"Loved our stay! Views are incredible- everything we needed for cooking meals was there. Water pressure in the shower was wonderful and it’s a gorgeous easy drive into Inverness for any adventure. Even had some wildlife visit- perfect wee cottage to enjoy quiet and nature!"
