"The only redeeming quality of this rental was that it had direct access to the riverwalk. Every single part of the building was filthy. Upon entering the unit, they had a glade air freshener plugged in likely to mask the smoky smell. We immediately unplugged it and opened the window and turned on the fans to air the place out. The carpet and rugs were so dirty. I messaged the host and she was nice and offered to come vacuum however the timing did not work with our plans and I said I would...

"We stayed 6 nights. Could get to all the fun things we wanted to quickly. We felt safe. Really enjoyed having 2 sets of washer and dryers! Looked newly remodeled or built. They even left us chips and salsa and topo Chico’s! Met our every need! Pretty mural inside for family photos too. Mgr quick to respond. "

"Excellent stay start to finish! Cozy and charming condo with thoughtful touches at every turn. Beds were v comfortable. We loved walking to the river and around KW too. There is no reserved parking but we never had trouble finding a space, so don’t let that stop you! Dining and social spots are all within easy walking distance too. Great part of town if you enjoy historical residential architecture. "
