"I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport, but my stay was stressful from arrival to departure. The driveway was flooded with water above knee height, and a stalled car blocked the way in, so it was impossible to enter by vehicle. There were no signs, no advance warning and no staff to guide guests. After I called twice, an employee eventually walked me to another entrance.
At check in, I raised the lack of communication but got no response. I was quoted a 200 dollar security...

"I thought I already wrote this review but maybe it wasn't saved?! We have been coming to Delray for 30 years and typically stay right off of Atlantic on the Intercoastal. For reasons out of our control, we were unable to stay there this year. We tried to find a place within walking distance of this property, affordable and dog friendly. It was not easy to find b/c Delray is expensive. This property is one mile walk from where we have been in the past which is why we selected it from afar-and it...

"The restaurant and pool area are so cute! But when you check into your room, it’s a different story. I wish the room was as nice as the common area. The chairs in our room were literally patio chairs. The bed was so hard. I’d hang out here for a day by the water but sleep elsewhere. The food and drinks at Lola’s were good."
