"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen. I did not know that we were staying at a residential room, it was the worse thing ever! I wanted a hotel & no where did it say that it was residential during booking. On top of that the pool was closed on our side of the hotel/building, front desk said that the other side has the pool but closes at 5pm in VEGAS!!!! Like it’s...

"The furniture,mainly the bed frame itself needs replacing. The mattress was fine.There was a lack of dishes, no forks at all, one wine glass only. Two of us were staying in the room. Made it difficult. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. We totally enjoy VRBO, but this experience was off."
