"We booked the full building consisting of 4 villas for our family and friends for our wedding. We were in awe with how clean, spacious, and beautiful this place was. Even our wedding coordinator was surprised this existed in Honua Kai! There is no need to drive around for food or supplies...literally everything (food truck, supermarket, coffee, etc.) is walking distance which is great so you can enjoy the weather as well. "We had booked a 3 bedroom VRBO way in advance for my husband and adult daughter and son. We wanted to stay togerther in one unit. 3 days before we were traveling from the states to Hawaii, we were informed by the host that "the owner was being difficult" and we were not allowed to stay in the unit we booked! "We had the best time here! We have stayed at Honua Kai many times but this was our first time in the Villas since we traveled with a bigger group this time. It was a short walk to all the pools and amenities but having the extra space in the villas was amazing! We really enjoyed the massive outdoor space with a grill and having an additional pool right outside of our unit.
