Slotte i West Island

Framragende morgenmad"

"Nice stay and good service"

"This is a good hotel with a transport to and from the airport. We arrived at the time we could check in, but there was some issues with the allergen friendly pillows we had asked for, so we waited in the reception for 1,5 hour. When we finally got to the room, there were still pillows with feathers and downs, so I have no idea why we were waiting. We ended up with sleeping without any pillows."

"3 times I went up and down from reception to 2nd floor 3 times try to open my room door with no success I complain to reception he sant a anther guy he open the my room door with his master key and left he said he will be back with the pass key but he did not show up I went to reception again I asked for room change he did but it was not a good experience since it was my first in this hotel."

"Virkelig fint hotel. God seng, rene værelser og super venligt personale. Derudover er morgenmadsbuffetten langt bedre end hvad man ellers får i Canada. "

"No complaints"

"The general basement is clean but there are LOTS of bugs so be prepared. The kitchen as shows is very minimal and is missing essentials for cooking so I wouldn’t depend on that for the trip. Despite that It’s a good location and communication with the host okay."

"Nice and friendly and kind and helpful staff. The standard of the hotel is not the nicest. 3 holes in the curtain. Nice with parking right outside. "
