Hotel i West Garden Grove, Garden Grove

"Room wasn't ready when checking in. Staff is very slow to find available room and waiting for long time."

"Store staffs service is on point"

"I've had to make several trips to California lately, and choosing a different hotel was never a thought. I love this hotel! The Halloween decor was absolutely enchanting! The comfort of the rooms, the location to the park & shopping, the quality of the in hotel restaurant & coffee shop, it all makes the Knotts Hotel my 1st choice!"

"Night staff was so unprofessional."

"Meget behageligt ophold. Rene, pæne værelser og hjælpsomt personale. "

"We arrived to the hotel several hours before check in and were offered a room for an additional $30 per night in order to get in early. We accepted the offer, but found it not worth the additional cost. The bathroom was last updated in maybe the 1980s. There was a continuous sound of toilets flushing and water running heard through the wall.. as if every pipe was connected and everyone flushing could be heard every few minutes or so. We had a room facing the interior lobby. There are signs...

"The Hotel in itself is fine. But"
