The off-street parking on the driveway is very convenient. The apartment is large and comfortable, with everything needed for a long visit. The neighborhood is wonderful and quite walkable; the Urban Trail runs through the neighborhood. Beth always responds promptly to any questions. "

"This garage apartment was an easy place to stay. Convenient to downtown flagstaff (it’s a 20 min walk), clean, and covers the basics. Lots of great natural light and a seamless check in/out process. Note that there is nothing “extra” in the kitchen - only salt pepper and cooking spray - no other consumables (e.g foil, sugar). "

"Really beautiful listing, it’s almost like the pictures don’t do it justice. From every window you have a beautiful view of Sedona! As for the house, extremely clean (we visited in August), very well taken care. The owner does have two rental on the house - we were confused when we arrived but I called and they explained right away. Zero noise, beautiful neighborhood, walkable to a cute wine bar with live music. My only notice was the bathroom towels are extremely small (and we are small people)...
