"The condo was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. They had dishes for us to use, but we didn’t use any of them. Beach view was great!!!"

"The condo was perfect for our family getaway! The proximity to the beach was ideal and made our trip so enjoyable, despite it being a busy holiday weekend. Our two boys loved the bunkbeds and the sofa bed was perfect for hanging out to watch a movie and play games in the evenings. It was a perfect cozy getaway for our family!"

"Beach was so close!"

"What a stunning place that is exactly as advertised, we would not have been able to afford the trip otherwise. In a world with overstated products and insane pricing this place was a breath of fresh air. Exactly as advertised, clean, thoughtfully prepared and stocked. We had a wonderful time and felt very much at home. Great quiet family atmosphere."

"Every was perfect except the front desk person was extremely rude.."

"It was quiet the pools were nice as well"

" It was a perfect three-day getaway. The space smelled fresh and clean as soon as I walked in, which I truly appreciated. There were plenty of towels and all the kitchen essentials needed to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pool was also very clean, and the surrounding area was well maintained. My only suggestion would be to install longer blackout curtains in the bedroom. The location was 10/10!"

"have stayed at the victorian 4 times now. This was by far the worst condo we have stayed in. Hall light did not work, both bathroom and kitchen lights had a short in them where they worked when they wanted to . Stove top did not work. Shower had peeling spots where whatever was used for the surrond was cracking and peeling. Housekeeping never bothered to empty kitchen trash can or even leave bags in the bottom of the can. In no way what we were used to at the victorian in the past"

"This place is the perfect place for family connection or peaceful restoration. The location is perfect and there is a beautiful view of the pool and just past that is the ocean. It is a great escape and well-equipped with the essentials for whatever length of stay you have. I already have my next stay booked. Thank you Frank and Nancy for sharing your paradise!"

"Couldn’t recommend more! Clean, spacious, nice balcony and had the essentials which was a huge plus. If you’re thinking about it do it!!"

"Nice stay and convenient location."

"Coffee cups too small and flatware was cheap. Beautiful view from second balcony. Sleeper was uncomfortable. It was a sofa with trundle pull out that was an extension of the sofa."

"Great place for a small family! Pool was fantastic. Walking distance to beach and 5 min drive to schlitterbahn! Host answered back right away!"

"Nice clean place"

"Remotes for TVs didnt work but we were too busy having fun to even care. The disco light shower head was such a fun surprise!!!! The Victorian is VERRRRYYY STRICT on their parking pass on the mirror. I left mine on the dashboard and they put a sticker on my windows. Annoyed. The cockroaches outside are HUGE."

"The room was extremely clean. The pool was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Great"

"Cozy little place beautifully decorated. Loved the heated pool. A few glitches but the host responded immediately. Walking distance to Walmart and Kroger's grocery. Nice place and I would consider returning."

"Sweetest condo with an AMAZING view of the water! We loved everything about our stay. Janice was quick to respond when we needed her! We will be back to stay at 226!"
