"Nice house in a beautiful location. However when I asked if it were possible to check in a little early I was told no. The house wasn't even ready at the agreed upon check in time. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we were allowed to check in and were expected to leave promptly at 10:00am check out time. "This home was perfect for our family beach trip. There are several nearby beaches and restaurants. We loved being able to walk to the Skipper! The host was very responsive and the check in and check out processes were very clear. We all very much enjoyed our stay here!"

"Clean and comfortable- Exactly what we needed for our trip to the Cape; we would definitely recommend!"

"The property is clean and comfortable. You will find it resembling the published photos. It is centrally located to explore the Cod and the islands as it is near the ferries. Communication with Amy, the host was great. She was prompt and even anticipated our arrival with suggestions. Shaw supermarket is 400 yards away so convenient."

"The house was amazing! It was so much bigger than the photos could even let on. Cathy was very helpful and communicative before and during our stay. Only a short walk from the Pelham House where we had a wedding. If you're traveling with multiple cars, try to condense to two for parking, but could not recommend this place enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"Quick walk to the beach. Cottage was cute. Beds were not the most comfortable. 10am checkout is frustrating."

"Our stay was amazing. Very comfortable place. Amazing kitchen space with all the utensils. Great location and the beach is near by. Our dogs really enjoy the place and the beautiful garden. We highly recommend this beautiful home. "

"This is a spacious, comfortable house with a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and had comfortable beds and plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed making s’mores in the backyard fire pit. The location is a terrific - easy to get anywhere on the Cape. On our daily walks with our dog, the neighbors we met were so friendly and welcoming."

"Excellent location and stay at the lucky 7 cottage. The communication with the host was outstanding, best I’ve experienced. We’ll definitely be back for another time at this location."

"Great place right near the beach. Size of the house was perfect for a group of 5, and Kevin was an awesome host and very responsive. 10/10 would stay again"
