There are TVs in the living room and all of the bedrooms. All TVs are Smart TVs with apps that you can login to. Only the TV in the living room has basic cable.

You will need to bring your own firewood for the outdoor firepit and propane tank for the gas grill.

The fireplace in the living room is not operational. Garage not available for use.
Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. We do not host anyone local to the area at our home.

No Locals are allowed to book this home.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential area, please respect the neighbors!
