"The house, pool, and property are all very beautiful and private. Judy, the host, was extremely responsive to all our questions. Her grounds keeper also watered the plants and cleaned the pool every morning, and provided us with a fresh tank of drinking water during our stay. There were some beach chairs and umbrellas to take to the beach, which we took advantage of a few times. Mostly we enjoyed swimming at the house and playing games poolside. One thing to note, there is no A/C in the sunroom...

"We loved staying on Chalk Sound, very close to both Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beach. Quiet area with great views of Silly Creek and the sound. Adele was very responsive and easy to work with. We would confidently recommend this property. "

"Booked this property for a getaway with friends having never stayed in Provo. We had the best time, and it was the perfect location! It is a treehouse like atmosphere, but equipped had all the amenities we needed for the week and it was only a short drive away from a number of restaurants and activities. We loved Taylor Beach, which was only a short distance from the property and walkable. We can’t wait to visit Poinciana again! "

The private beach and private pool made our vacation!The cottage is so cute and comfortable!There were so many extra helpful items- from paddle boards, to beach toys, floaters and a fully stocked kitchen to use.The screened in porch was amazing to sit out and eat meals!Overall was amazing for our family and we are so glad we found this place! "This was our first trip to Turks and Caicos and I guarantee it won’t be our last. First off I want to say what a great host Katherine was for our trip. She communicated very well throughout the booking. She was prompt in answering questions etc. She arranged a very comfortable and affordable pickup from the airport and had just cleaned the rental car (I highly recommend using that option) we got there a little early but she accommodated the arrival by letting us have the car a little early...

"Great communication with the property manager!! Everything as advertised. You may want to park up top by the unit/building and walk down to the unit. (I had to back up a hill on a narrow road). It was my first time driving from the right side of a car as well "

"This is our second visit to "The White House". The location can't be beat. We have the pool, the reef, and the bar within steps of our door. The house is clean, and having 3 king size beds makes everyone in my crew happy! Thank you for the best visit yet. We can't wait to stay again soon!"
