"Was in Dallas for work so just needed a place to sleep and this listing is excellent for that. Late hours were quiet, room was cool, and bed was relatively comfortable (a little soft for me but it's personal preference). Two things that would have made it better for me: 1, the air freshener is quite strong, which is understandable why they have it, but I had a slight headache from it. 2, there were bugs from the outside constantly coming in. I can tell the owners are trying to deal with it...

"Great location. Restaurants, gas stations and other stores were less than 5 minutes away. Kids enjoyed the pool. AC worked well. My only complaint is not being able to stay longer. Overall a great rental! "

"We had many issues with this house. From the beginning, we never received any answers for the question we had about the rental before we showed up. As soon as we checked in, we received a text stating that one of the rooms was unavailable due to water damage. The whole house smelled like weed. We also could not use the garage due to the owners using it as storage. I’ve tried to contact the host multiple times and was not able to reach them. VRBO has also tried to reach out 4 times and have not...

"Our stay was exceptionally cozy and pleasant! Check-in was a breeze and our host was attentive and communicative. This location is ideal for walking around a very lively and vibrant neighborhood of Dallad with tons to see and do!The on-site amenities, games, and activities were excellent. We didnt get a chance to enjoy anything other than thr hot tub our 3 night stay because the neighborhood kept us so busy but we certainly had options!
