🛡️ Guest Screening Requirement
For safety and security, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in.
This must be completed before arrival.
❗If not approved or skipped, the reservation will be automatically canceled per building policy.
🚗 Parking Guidelines
Only 1 parking spot is included per reservation.
Additional parking must be arranged off-site.
Always park in the designated space and display your parking pass.
Do not park in handicapped spaces without a valid permit.
⚠️ WHost is not responsible for towing, damage, or theft of your vehicle while on the property.
🏊 Pool Access
Open daily: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Wristbands are required for entry.
⚠️ Lost/damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee — please keep them safe!
🧼 Towel Policy
One towel set is provided per registered guest.
Additional towels are not available, so we recommend bringing extras if needed.
🌡️ HVAC System Notice
This building uses a centralized HVAC system regulated by city guidelines:
Heating: Oct 15 – May 1
A/C: May 15 – Oct 1
Between these dates, heating/cooling is managed by the building based on outside temperatures.
