- No parties or events
- Never give the door access to anyone besides authorized guests. (Authorized guests are up to 16 guests specifically named during booking).
- No unauthorized guests stay overnight in the unit.
- Be sure all lights, fans, heaters and taps/faucets are off each time you exit the unit.
- Pet fee of $100 per pet will be charged
