"Super spacious! Every bedroom has an extra mattress and there is ample floor space to place them. Didn't explore the area so cannot comment on that. Host is very pleasant and accommodating. ***Kitchen dishes, and flatware especially, were NOT clean. We had to wash everything before using which was not cool. If not for the unclean kitchen we would have rated this 5 stars. Hopefully the host will monitor and/or change his cleaning staff."

"This is a lovely, clean and welcoming home. We had to make a last minute overnight trip from Windsor to Barrie and this was perfect spot for my family. We appreciated that it was pet friendly as we had to bring our two dogs along. The host was very friendly and quickly responded to questions."

"There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!"

"The place is nice and clean, however the 2nd floor shower has very little water pressure if you use the hot water, so my husband ended up showering with cold water. But overall it was a really good stay. "
