"It’s a nice property and has plenty of room for everyone however for what they charged, I would book somewhere else. This place was renovated by someone who has no clue what they are doing, as you can see in the pictures (and it’s everywhere in the house) I also didn’t like how it says it sleeps 30 but they charge you extra after 10 or so people. This should be clear in big writing. Almost 900 in extra charges for the 21 guests we had. "

"The condo we rented was even better in person! The view was absolutely amazing, and the condo itself was beautiful, spotless, and very well maintained. The owners were incredibly thoughtful and checked in to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. They were easy to reach and made us feel very welcome. "The place has everything you need for comfortable stay with clean big rooms and supplies. It is an Old Place with spacious and ample rooms. Doors needs some greasing and it would also help to have some light in the yard for evening. Overall experience was great."

"Communication with Mila was quick and responsive. She addressed all of our concerns. The house was very clean and in very good condition as shown in the photos. It is in a quiet location a few kilometers outside the main street of Barrie. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms were essential for our group attending a wedding in Barrie. We would definitely rent this house again if we need to attend a function in the Barrie area."
