"We stayed in room 333 and it turned out one of the Windows was not alle to close proper mean we did freze ever night despit we informed reception about it. The cleaning of the room was catastrophic bad. We found a papir - used - mens boxshorts in the cabinet. Disgusting... All this we addressed when checking out and was offered a refound of 25 percent which we accepted. We just never received the refund. Extreem poor staff at this hotel. No interest in the guests. Only 1 positiv comment. The location off the hotel is perfect..."

"The location is outstanding! Right in the middle of Bath. The room is as in the pictures, however I think it is misleading that a picture indicates the roman the baths are part of the hotel, or that the hotel gives access to the roman baths. The sofa bed was probably the worst bed I have ever slept in. The main bed was better, but still way below standard. I asked for an extra pillow, but was ignored. There is no reception, but check in and out is efficient. Despite the excellent location, I will not come back."

"Tja,man åbner døren lige ind i sengen, ikke meget plads til kufferten (godt vi kun havde 1) sengen ok. Toilet brattet sad helt løst. Udsug larmede vildt. Afløb i bruser var stoppet. Vi var der kun en nat, så det gik."

"Had looked forward to staying at the hotel but the experience was not great. The whole atmosphere is one of pushing sales and very little service approach! Did not respond to messages through the hotel.com portal - finally had to call them - very not helpful unless it ment xtra charges. Also the spa is only open 8-10 morning or 7-9 evening otherwise it costs 100 punds xtra per day/head! this it not clear on the web. "
