There were issues with obtaining the checkin details in a timely manner. Property only superficially clean set in a not very pleasant location with an appalling access road. The boiler was extremely smelly and there were no instructions for the heating. Towels were totally inadequate in this day ...

Well appointed with all the amenities we could want, and more. Spotless throughout, plus a very comfortable bed. The most beautiful setting in a storybook village! I came here to see and experience where my great grandmother was born, and was overwhelmed with the beauty of this very special place! ...
