"The property was beautiful and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. Coffee and tea provided in the room, and a lovely hot breakfast along with yogurt, granola and fruit. Would definitely stay again. Easy walk to many delicious restaurants."

"Delicious food"

"The location was great, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The was room good, but it could have been cleaner. The bathroom floor was dirty and the toilet was not very clean. I travel with cleaning supplies and gloves, but they probably would have cleaned it if I asked."

"I did not really use any amenities. The room appeared clean but smelled bad. Moldy i think. It was bearable but bad if you were gone for a bit. The attention for detail is lacking. No latch on the shower door but it did drag enough at the bottom to stay closed. Overall it was a ok place to sleep and shower. One last thing i want to gripe about is the cable system. It seems like every place i stay has this “premier” cable. I am not smart enough to apply the guide to the channels. The numbers...

"When I visited the air was broken, so the rook was quite warm. Otherwise my stay was excellent! The Blum room was so cute. Great shower. So quiet at night and a lovely area to walk since it’s located in Old Salem."

"We loved our stay! The staff was amazing, it had the best shower of anywhere we have ever stayed (King Premium Room), and it is pet friendly. We would definitely stay again."

"Super nice hotel i will be back. If i had to mention something thats missing in this day and age it would be a scanner in the business area but hotel is still awese"

"Great stay for visit to Wake! A+"

"I booked a last-minute reservation around 8 PM and upon my arrival, the hotel staff was very friendly. My room was clean and I even had a scenic view of Winston-Salem. The complementary breakfast was also a huge plus. I’ve been to this hotel before for events in their meeting spaces, but I had never stayed here before. I’m glad I chose this location for my last minute stay."

"The property and rooms were fine and clean. The staff seemed friendly but appeared to lack training. It took the person behind the front desk about 20 minutes to check me in and I was the only one there. Breakfast was from 6-10 and when I went down at 6 I found no coffee out one day and the next day the coffee was lukewarm warm likely left over from the prior day."
