Shopping er kun 2 minutter væk, og det er nemt at komme til fx Shibuya crossing og Skytree på 30-40 minutter med metro. Servicen er på absolut højeste niveau, rengøringen er sublim, og restauranten laver mad på Michelin niveau. Eneste mangel er en rigtig swimmingpool, men der er en onsen. "
