First of all: Perfect serviceminded personel. Welcomed at the reception, Great service at the bar and dinner as Well the mands. Very attentive staff! The hotel is placed in beautiful landscape on the border of The Lake District. Only to recommend.

Riverside Hotel
We arrived early at about 10:30 and were allowed to leave our car while we explored Kendal. When we got back around 14:30 our room was ready so we went in and settled in. My wife has an issue with onions her meal did contain onions despite being told they’d be excluded. It would have useful to know ...

Orton Hall, Royalist Suite
Absolutely stunning building with everything we needed! Kitchen was very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. The fact that most of the apartment was hidden behind a bookcase was the icing on the cake. An absolutely magical place!

Nicely renovated to a high standard. All the mod cons Well equipped kitchen and it was great having a washer/dryer. Great location to base yourself in the Lake District.
