Enjoying time with my mom, mother-in-law and daughter we nestled in a picturesque setting, this magnificent property captivates from the moment you lay eyes on its charming Green Door. Stepping inside, you're welcomed by an ambiance of elegance and warmth that instantly feels like home. You are safely tucked inside a joyful secured area. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the tastefully furnished rooms to the lush surroundings that invite you to unwind and rejuvenate. Every corner of this retreat exudes charm and tranquility, leaving you eagerly anticipating your next visit. Jim, the owner is exceptional. Truly First Rate
Jim is one of the finest hosts I have ever dealt with. His communication was timely, friendly and helpful. And he thinks of everything. The Green Door Lofts are beautiful and comfortable. I could not have enjoyed my stay more than I did. Highly recommended.

Great location and safe
Located downtown just a couple of blocks from Magnolia Silos. Lots of restaurants nearby and garage parking. Felt very safe! Came back from Baylor game and ran across the street to eat at Portofino’s! So convenient! Check in process was easy and owner lives on site. Condo was very clean and stocked with water, coffee, and a batch of homemade cinnamon rolls! Will stay here again!

Awesome loft
Wonderful stay off the charts hospitality!!! All and every comfort of home. Beautiful themed lofts closed to everything especially Magnolia. Jim was such a wonderful host!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Green Door Lofts Urban Cowboy loft. Very nicely decorated. Comfortable bed in quiet bedroom. Garage parking. Jim, the owner, is great guy. He is quick to answer if you need anything. He lives on site. Highly recommend!

A quick getaway.
We decided to get away from Houston and take a short 3 hour drive up to Waco to have some time to ourselves. This is a great quiet place with excellent proximity to most everything within walking distance. The owner Jim is very responsive. We’ll be back.

Perfect location for Girl's weekend
We stayed here for a girls trip to Waco. It was perfect. We could walk to the Silos. Shopping and restaurants were easy to walk to also. Jim, the owner, was wonderful. Very easy to communicate with. He even has bikes to loan you for a lovely ride by the river. Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!

The Green Door Lofts are gorgeous, and Jim is an excellent Host/Owner. If you’re on your way to Waco, we would recommend you stay at The Lofts. They are top notch and centrally located to downtown shopping and the free trolley service.

Absolutely the best location in Waco. The Green Door Lofts are so unique and stylish. They thought of every comfort and amenity. It was the smoothest arrival and checkout I’ve ever experienced. We will definitely stay again.

Best place to stay in Waco
Such a highlight of our trip, wanted to see Waco and of course Magnolia, it’s blocks from all they fun stores and the lifts are truly beautiful, so unique and so clean! I would stay there again if we were ever to go back!

Girls Trip
There were 4 of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Green Door Lofts. We spent our first evening sitting in the outdoor lounge area visiting and enjoying our snacks. We shopped all day Saturday and then dined in our room and played games. Lovely space with great vibes. Jim was prompt and informative. Highly recommend staying here.

The BEST Place to Stay in Waco
If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Waco, look no further than the Green Door Lofts. We stayed in the Urban Cowboy Loft and it was wonderful! The loft had everything we needed and more, including a really comfy bed. Jim was a wonderful host - friendly and information from booking to check-out. Being right downtown, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the Magnolia Silos was a bonus as well. The pool was great, with ample seating areas. We felt like we were at a resort, while actually staying downtown. I highly recommend staying at the Greendoor Lofts when in Waco!

Green Door Lofts is a cut above the rest!
We had an amazing time. And Jim made the experience unforgettable. The lofts are modern and refined. Everything from dining to entertainment was a stone's throw away. We will be back for sure!!

Romantic getaway
My wife and I took off to spend a weekend together in an intimate setting and we were not disappointed. The property is absolutely perfect. It was a little cool during our stay. However, the heated pool was perfect in the chilly weather! The loft was so awesome, we requested a tour of the facility and the owner was gracious enough to show us all of the unoccupied lofts. Every one of them was themed and just amazingly decorated. The location is perfect! It is walking distance to over 20 restaurants, coffee shops and bars. And, the silos were only about 2 blocks away! We had a great time horseback riding and walking at Cameron park along the river. We took a tour via pedicab and got to see everything on the 1st day. So, on day 2 we hit the ground running! Will definitely be coming back here. The Green Door Lofts were the highlight of this trip! Thanks Jim!!!

Look no further.
I was was really looking forward to our visit to the Green Door Lofts. I read all the reviews carefully and had a pretty good idea of what to expect. There were definitely no disappointments and, in fact, Jim and his lofts exceeded all our expectations. It was perfect in every way. We are looking forward to returning when the wild flowers are blooming! Do not hesitate to book!

Wonderful experience. The location of the loft couldn’t have been better. Magnolia, shopping, night life, and restaurants were all a short walk or drive away. Managers were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely recommend this place... comfortable beds, garage parking, and ideal proximity.

This property was great. It was beautiful and so convenient to everything. We never had to take our car out after we arrived. The owner was in touch with us prior to arrival and allowed us to get in as soon as the apt got cleaned. They provided water, coffee and a wonderful coffee cake that was made by the owners mom. A really nice touch. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the Waco area.

Amazing "Urban Cowboy" Loft
What a great stay. Thank you, Jim, for the Green Door Lofts tour; such a gracious host. Our super comfortable loft (complete with balcony) made our weekend getaway perfect. These lofts are well located & were a short, comfortable walk to the Silos. Last but not least, 'thank you' Mom for the delicious homemade sticky buns.

Magnificent place.
We had a great time with the Urban Cowboy loft serving as home base for a sisters weekend! It's within walking distance of both the Magnolia Silos and Spice village, not to mention a number of good restaurants. The loft is incredibly comfortable and immaculate. Jim is an excellent host who obviously cares for the comfort of his guests and the quality and cleanliness of his facilities. We do have two words of warning; first, the wine flights across the street at Klassy Glass are full size pours and secondly, the cinnamon pecan rolls made by Jim's mother that he left for breakfast are addictive.
