"In general a nice hotel, but the check in was horrible. They questioned both my Visa AND Mastercard (which ofcourse both has worldwide coverage), claiming that i as a tourist, was suppose to have them issued from an american bank. Before at last accepting them, after a long discussion. NEVER tried that before. "

We were promptly refunded, and the front office staff handled the situation with impeccable professionalism. However, the overall standard of the hotel was far below expectations and honestly beyond description."

"I did not get the high floor room I had paid for and did not receive any compensation. There was a big generator outside the hotel that made a lot of noise and it looks like the empty ground next to the hotel will turn into a building site the next couple of years, so if you dont like noise this hotel is not for you. Otherwise you should be fine and the hotel is close to the metro."
