"My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had two rooms right across from each other, that was a plus you could tell the rooms were newly renovated. You could tell that they put effort into taking care of their property as many times as I have stayed in Virginia Beach this place had the best breakfast. The pool was clean and nice. Had a good time. Thank you."

"Coastal is one of my go tos for Va Beach. I love the room setup. I do wish there was a door to both king rooms not just one. The rooms need to be updated along with the beds but still a great hotel choice. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is always good and I love the coffee machines!"

"Our entire family (4 total) stayed in (2) separate 3- bedroom suites. We requested for them to be side by side (noting we had a handicap senior as well as small children), which was fulfilled. The accommodations were nice, clean, and easy accessibility to pool, restaurant, and location ideal for tourist attractions without busyness. Definitely would consider staying at this facility again (though not interested in investing timeshare:). "

And the solution that was used on the floors smelled so good! Didn’t smell like they were using the same cleaning products this year and a little on the late side of the afternoon for the trash pickups by the elevator. Please go back to the same cleaning products for your floors and maybe add one more person to help with the...

"It's proximity to Old Town and the train station is great and the staff is amazing. They were so accomodating during check-in, upon my return at the end of the day, at breakfast, and when I needed to store some things there after check-out. They made me feel so at home. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will always stay here when visiting Fredericksburg."

"A standard plain hotel - nothing fancy - but can do as a layover stay. Reception staff at check is not particularly friendly nor welcoming. Even though room is non smoking it smells of smoke. Could not find toilet amenities in any drawers or cupboards (cotton buds and so)"
