"The rental unit was falling apart. I've never seen a dump like this place. There was a maintenance request from the previous renters (which was dated May 31, we got there June 4) that stated there were bed bugs. And a host of other problems. We left immediately after calling the properties management, who never responded. On a scale of 1 to 100 I'd give this place a 5. "

"The building is old so it isn't very appealing from the outside. However the room itself was very clean and cute. It had everything you could need for an extended stay. We did not utilize the bikes or the extras. The parking for us and it's location was not ideal for us. We would have liked to park onsite. The parking is across the street next to a 711, so it isn't secured or monitored. Consequently our car was hit in the parking lot overnight. To be fair I supposed it could have happened...

"My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Very clean, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed. The property is a block to the beach and you can walk to stores, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Host was super helpful! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Great place, great location with plenty within walking distance. The somewhat complicated appearing instructions for the garage parking ended up being easy-peasy. We were surprised by mini fridge and table top icemaker - expected full fridge. Otherwise, absolutely lovely. "

"Fantastic property and hosts! The condo is located right on the 9th fairway, with a great view. Very close to the main building, the pro shop, the different restaurants and the coffee shop. The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the resort."

"Just steps from the beach. What I loved was the sea overlooking balcony where we chilled every evening. The location was great as well. Another positive was the communication with the owners, I had missed packing something and they sent it through UPS the very next day. I'll be using Steve's condo whenever I visit VB. "

"Came down with good friends for a long weekend. The condo was so nice and very welcoming with snacks and a bottle of wine in our unit. Very clean property and perfect location. We started coming to Sandbridge in 1993 with all the kids..who now have kids of their own. Great memories!!"

"Had a wonderful time. Sorry to say I lost my watch there and could never find it, plus I left some Kerug coffee pot parts on the kitchen counter so had to purchase a new pot when I arrived home. Only issue- was another visitor with a child that "jumped" and "bumped" half the night.The maid was the best! Buy-to add-the mattress was way past replacement."

"Had a great stay in this unit! Very clean, bed in primary room was comfy. The bike path is right at the Inn and a short ride to all the places on Maddox Blvd (Island Creamery, Amarin, Maui jacks etc). The deck overlooked the marsh which was a lovely view. The only thing I'd warn people about is the second bedroom room is also the dining room and kitchen. Worked totally fine for my daughter and I, but if my husband and son had come I think it would've been too small.. But a family of 3 or with 2...

"The place was beautiful The king size bed was a little firm fir my liking, but the beautiful view made up for it. The kitchen was stocked nicely, including a bottle of wine. Plenty of beach stuff provided. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again. "
