This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. "There was only 1 elevator working the whole weekend. All of the guests were discussing it as we left today. Apparently, people were riding up with their luggage just to have an option at getting in with enough room to go down during checkout. At some points, there were 30 minute waits!"

I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant.
