"The current average rating is way too high. This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible.
1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"Everything was great! If I had to mention something that stood out, that was outstanding it would certainly be the patience and kindness of the Valet gentleman that helped me search for my missing glasses! He went above and beyond to help me try to find them, I did later find them!
The overall “Graduate” theme was carried out throughout the hotel, and it was fun to see all the decor.
The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful!
We ended up ordering several appetizers and entrees for dinner...

"My stay was excellent! The general manager, Patrick, was very polite and courteous as he assisted me with checkin and ensured I was familiar with how to navigate my stay. I felt safe. The room was comfy and clean, and I will stay there again when I am in town. The parking is very convenient for a city hotel. "
