- Safety: For your security, an exterior security camera is located at the front of the property, monitoring the entrance. There are no cameras inside the home.
- Amenities: We provide central air conditioning and heating, an in-unit washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi for your convenience.
- Planning Your Trip: Virginia Beach is a year-round destination. Average temperatures to help you pack:
* Spring (Mar-May): 50°F - 75°F
* Summer (Jun-Aug): 75°F - 85°F
* Fall (Sep-Nov): 55°F - 75°F
* Winter (Dec-Feb): 35°F - 55°F
1. Keep it smoke-free ($500 fee for each violation).
2. Only 1 (one) dog authorized during stay for a fee.
3. Wash and put away used dishes.
4. Return furniture to its place and turn off lights/appliances.
5. Lock doors and windows, take out the trash before you leave.
5. Let us know if anything needs extra cleaning.
7. Lost key or parking pass? $500 replacement fee.
8. Max three guests per bedroom.
9. Additional cleaning costs may be incured throughout stay due to length of stay and cleanliness level.
