The problem was that we didn’t have hot water the first night and Saturday morning. The repair came in the morning and said that it had been turned off due to cold weather weeks before our visit. "I loved the location and the property was clean and the beds were comfortable.My only complaint was that the living room furniture was not comfortable at all, and 2 of the bedrooms didn't have a tv in them, but otherwise everything was excellent. I liked that there was a washer and dryer and they also supplied laundry detergent and even bleach, the linens were clean and so was the house. I would definitely rent again! "Betsy was very welcoming and accommodating. Our stay was booked just days before our arrival. We had to attend a funeral. Staying in a home was better environment. Loved the quick walk to the ocean/beach. Beautiful neighborhood. I had packed my house supplies, but was pleasantly surprised at the hand soap at every sink. Toilet tissue in the bathrooms, etc. There were ample towels. "
