This cosmopolitan accommodation is designed with chic finishes and appointments. You will find luxury vinyl tile flooring throughout with granite or quartz in the kitchen and bathrooms, entertaining spaces, an elevator, a private pool with tiered decking, indoor/outdoor hot tub, and multiple indoor/outdoor spaces for entertaining. The top level greets you with a wall of windows for an incredible ocean view. The kitchen has two islands; one has the sink and prep area so the cooks can enjoy the view and be a part of the family while preparing meals. A longer multi-use social bar is perfect for setting up beverages. Two full size refrigerators plus a wine cooler offer room for your entertaining needs. The sitting area by the great room has 180-degree views. All bedrooms are master suites with private baths.

The ground level has activities for everyone. The home theater has seating for 12 and a 60" HD Smart TV for movies, games, and streaming. The rec room has a pool table, a media center with 60" Smart TV, and wet bar convenient to the pool deck. There is an indoor/outdoor poolside bar with glass garage doors to open to the pool deck or keep out the elements in the winter. The full-size cabana bath is convenient from the pool or the beach. There is another outdoor living space with a fire pit, and the mid-level deck has outdoor living with a gas firepit and 180-degree views. Coming in the off season? Additional amenity details:
Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot Tubs are available year-round.

All Sandbridge Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
