"Great stay, can’t wait to be back"

"I love their breakfast, they have a good variety of different options. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was after paying my deposit n paying for the room separately; I was stopped like I was trying to steal for grabbing breakfast. I had a breakfast voucher, but when I checked in no one mentioned I needed to show staff this. So of course having someone stop you n ask “ did you pay for that” really makes me feel really small. I paid in advance to avoid this."

"Room was clean, the first room the tv didn’t work. We were moved to another room tv worked, however they do not use top sheets, just fitted and razor thin comforter. Bathroom was clean. "

"The parking lot/building/rooms are all run down and visibly crumbling and dirty. It was just to sleep before catching a plane so we made do. Needed extra pillows, front and said they couldn’t find any. Shuttle service next day was prompt which was great "

"Clean room, breakfast was your regular continental breakfast with muffins, juice, coffee, cereal, etc. Overall decent quality for the price. "

"Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay"

"I made the reservation at 11:55pm while traveling. So of course I wouldn't make it to the property before 12am. Do to this they canceled my reservation and claimed there were no vacancies after asking what time of room I wanted to make another reservation for, which I was ok with. I just ask him to ensure I wouldn't be charged twice. "

"Parking was med, alot of people hanging around couldn't park near our door. Room was clean but in awful conditions. Great for 1 night stay. "

"The room was not that clean. The breakfast area was very limited & the drinks in the fountain area were not working so only water & minimal juice mix was coming out . Very crowded. "

"Extremely dirty! Smelled like cigarettes. The shower was awful. It had hair as if someone had shaved and it wasn't cleaned at all. The bath mat was black. The sheets were stained. Rugs stained. No tv connection. Couple next to us were arguing and slamming their door all night. Bad all the way around!!!! Would not recommend! "

"They don’t offer a shuttle to the airport which sucked- getting an uber at 4:30 in the morning when right next to the airport was a drag."

"We only slept there before our flight so we didn’t get to have the full experience. We checked in around 11 pm and left at 5am. We didn’t really see anything or anyone. However, the room was nice and I would use them again "
