"Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en este hotel. Fuimos en plan familiar y realmente superó nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son muy cómodas y todo está pensado para que tanto adultos como niños disfruten al máximo.

"I've been to this hotel many times and previously loved it, due to the location, but especially because of the service.
This time, the entire feeling was different. The service was very poor. Staff were actually rude at times. Just one example- We waited in the Sports Bar for over an hour after ordering our food with the waiter telling us, the food would be coming out soon. After an hour, he finally admitted that the chef had just arrived, because they didn't actually open until 1:30pm? "
