"For the money paid I think it was a great deal - Room was fine and breakfast great. The location was also great - short walk down to the main pier. Nice staff in the morning. So many great things to say. However, there was a strong smell of smoke everywhere - and it seemed like going into the the room I was staying in from downstairs. "The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely.
