"Francesco's property is in the middle of the old town and makes for a very picturesque location. The property has all you need (including air-conditioning for the hot summer months) and is within walking distance of the large supermarket, the beach, and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and provided many tips and suggestions while we were there. Overall, an absolute must-visit!"

"We had a lovely time i San Vito. Mum, dad, 4 “kids” (ages 11-26). Plenty of room for all, and the pool was absolutely perfect as we had 38˚C all week. House has splendid views (even better than pictures) and has all necessary suppliances. Take note, use of A/C is not unlimited, so we had a minor extra charge. Excellent communication uptil and during the stay. Mario in nearby San Vito village-square delivered perfect service. Highly recommended."

"Wonderful place to stay! Extremely friendly host. The property is so beautiful. Right on the lake. We made coffee and sat on the black sand beach in the mornings, and painted near the beach in the evenings. The kids played in the nice, clean pool. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the town of Bolsena was a 5 minute drive, with plenty of options for food. We chose this location for access to Terme di Saturnia (1 hour drive) and Civita Di Bagnoregio (30 min drive). We found our stay here...
