"Haley accommodated our request for early check in with no issue. She was very kind, courteous, and helpful. We even received an upgraded room with a huge spacious private patio with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table. Room was just as spacious, and comfortable. "My daughters and I came to visit Virginia for the first time for my birthday. And from the very start the desk clerk which we didn’t catch her name and Mr. O was very accommodating to us. We were very thankful for that. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was included down to the paper towels , and well stocked . The breakfast was delicious and all the amenities that were included worked out very well for us. We will definitely choose this...
