"Overordnet set var det et godt hotel. Det eneste minus var, at da vi fik vores værelse, var badeværelset ikke gjort rent, og toilettet var meget beskidt. Da vi klagede over det, fik vi dog straks et nyt værelse, som var fint og rent. Som et plaster på såret blev vi tilbudt refundering af den ene nat ud af de 5 overnatninger, men vi har dog efter endt ferie ikke fået noget beløb refunderet."

And after i had already checked into the NONREFUNDABLE room they informed me of a 200 dollar pet fee. I travel for work, and this has been one of the worst hotel experiences ive ever had."

"My daughters and I came to visit Virginia for the first time for my birthday. And from the very start the desk clerk which we didn’t catch her name and Mr. O was very accommodating to us. We were very thankful for that. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable we really enjoyed our stay there. Everything was included down to the paper towels , and well stocked . The breakfast was delicious and all the amenities that were included worked out very well for us. We will definitely choose this...

"We did not end up staying here as they did not have a pool. It was still listed on Expedia, but the pool had been removed last year. They gave us a refund immediately when we got there and found out the pool was gone. It was a family vacation in the heat of July."
