"Very good property for family of 5. The Inner Harbor 5 minute walk. Camden Yards 10 minute walk. Building and amenities were excellent. Like any big city just have to have street smarts walking around at night. Would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was very simple, clear and easy!!!"

We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. "I came to North Beach for a friend’s wedding near by. The Guest Quarters was a cute place and very welcoming. The instructions provided were clear and easy to enter into the building and room. The location is in a great spot - easy walk to the cute shops and to the beach. I would stay there again! "

"I wish I'd gotten to stay here. No check in instructions by the morning of my reservation so I messaged the host. 6 hours later he responded that it had been cancelled 5 days ago. Still showed as booked and confirmed on my end. I told him this and asked for proof of the cancellation. He quit responding. VRBO rep called him and he claimed there was a plumbing issues which he never mentioned to me. VRBO cancelled the booking, refunded me, and I had to find other accomodations. Building looked nice...
