"Our family has stayed at this farmhouse in all seasons, and enjoy it every time. We spent a week in early June with cool weather and easy access to biking, hiking, walking on the rec path. We cook family meals in the well equipped kitchen. There are comfortable bedrooms for our family of 5 plus and grandparents with convenient main level bedrooms for older family members who have more trouble with stairs. We all enjoy the open living space for watching movies, reading, and playing games, and...

"An absolutely stunning property! The cabin was clean, well stocked and perfectly located to see the gorgeous sunrise. So very grateful for our quick trip at Fat Sheep Farm. Looking forward to returning! "

"Great location, near Manchester and Dorset, just off Rt 7A. Instructions for check in were spot on, but we didn't receive the initial email, it had to be resent. Probably the coldest weekend of the winter, with temps close to 0F. Oil heat/forced air, but it wasn't able to do a good job on the primary bedroom (downstairs). Other than that, unit was well furnished, with a Keurig coffee maker, full complement of cooking gear.Would definitely return in the future."

"We loved the charming home in the quaint village of Grafton. The house was super clean & the beds were very comfortable!"

"My family loves staying at Susan Orr’s wonderful house on Lake Champlain. The house has everything you might need, including a fully stocked kitchen and so many possibilities for entertainment (e.g. kayaks, air hockey, volley ball, games, and more). Perhaps best of all is the incredibly beautiful view of the lake. "

"Very accommodating, wonderfully unique location in the middle of no where. Our kids hoped off their devices and just had good old fashioned kid fun. It was great to see all the smiles. Loved it!"

"My 80 yr old mom had not been back to Vermont since 1996, and she loved every minute of our stay here.The farmhouse is quaint and charming and only 20 mins from town. The furniture and accommodations were terrific - my mom could not make it up the stairs, but she was delighted with how comfortable the couch was!This place is a fabulous getaway, and we could not have been happier."

"Just got back from the most incredible stay at this antique farmhouse, and I’m still in awe. The house is stunning – full of unique, one-of-a-kind art created by the owner herself. You can really tell how much heart and soul went into every piece. It’s the kind of place you just don’t find anywhere else.
