"This is a lovely farmhouse, complete with beautiful surroundings and all the rustic wood floors and furniture a girl could dream of. It was a great spot for my multigenerational family to stay while visiting other folks in the area. We weren’t prepared for how little cell coverage and WiFi access is available in the area - this is unrelated to this home in particular but perhaps helpful info for future visitors to the area! "The location of the property is a little remote but not far from the town and the Okemo ski resort. It is very quiet at night. The host was very responsive to inquiries and very helpful. The bedroom with two beds was a little cold and didn't get much heat from the main heating system. The other bedroom and area was very warm and cozy."

"Peaceful, easy walks, beautiful surroundings with beautiful flowers. The house had everything we needed and was centrally located to villages, towns, and markets. Plenty of nearby restaurants if you don't feel like cooking. A perfect place from which to set out on day trips . House sunny with views from all rooms. Also, turkeys, deer, apples, and other things of interest."

"What an amazing place to stay and enjoy the Mad River Valley! Rachel and her family made the stay perfect, adding special touches that made you feel right at home. The location is fabulous - walking distance to everything you need in Waitsfield and right on the river. Our kiddos loved running around on the property and playing with the cat and bunnies.
