It is on a busy street and backs up to a public park where the city of Santa Barbara has erected a 3-story trapeze apparatus and a large trampoline, with attached rock music playing 9-5. Regular noise from instructors shouting to teens training on the trapeze. The backyard gazebo looks enticing in the photos of the listing, but it's noisy during the day. "Pleasant and comfortable apartment in a very good central location with private parking. This apartment uses coin operated laundry machines in the basement. It would be nice if the coins (who carries coins anymore?) and laundry detergent were supplied for guests. We would have appreciated that more than the bottle of Champagne left in the fridge. Otherwise, a very nice experience. "

"This property is a real gem! Tastefully decorated, with plenty of room to spread out for multi-generational groups or couples. Several outdoor areas provide more than ample space for eating, hanging out, or just enjoying this beautiful home.Highly recommend!
