Prestigious apartment with large square footage, located on the second floor with an elevator.



The apartment has a large and charming entrance hall with high ceilings and marmorino decorations. Entering we find ourselves directly in the living area with an open space consisting of a living room with a comfortable white leather sofa, a large kitchen equipped with every comfort, a dining area, and a large terrace equipped with tables and sofas, where you can comfortably dine and relax. Next, we find a first full bathroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and full bathroom.

From both rooms, you can enjoy a splendid view of the Grand Canal that will allow you to admire the historic Venetian regatta.



* Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.



Known worldwide as the city built on water, given its construction on 100 islands in the lagoon, Venice is one of Italy's most popular locations worldwide.

It is a real open-air museum, thanks to its historical and artistic heritage made of churches, palaces, and museums.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.



The apartment is located in the main street of Venice called Strada Nova which connects the Santa Lucia train station to Rialto and then ends in Campo dei Santi Apostoli.

Had a Great experience at this property. We had read a lot of reviews prior and was prepared for the few down sides, which i'll address first as they were minor with some preparation. The pillows are very flat, but we had extra blankets that we folded and put over the pillows for some extra bulk (worked great and very comfy). This is a corporate run property so there wasnt any salt/pepper, coffee and stuff like that, that you would find at a locally run unit. So knowing this, our first stop was to Despar grocery store very close by to get those and paper towel. We stayed a week so would have needed to grab a few grocery items anyways. We noted some reviews stating the Vaporettos were loud in the mornings and at night so we had brought ear plugs. However there are storm shutters in addition to the windows, that when both were closed it was very quiet in the unit so we didnt notice this problem and didnt need the ear plugs.For the positives amazing view from the unit of the grand canal from both rooms and master bath. We often spend a lot of time in the mornings before we head out and in the night just looking out the windows enjoy the sounds and site of the canal. Even got a thunderstorm show with lightning one of the nights. Quick and accurate communication from the host. Great instruction to find the unit. Just follow the instructions and pictures they send. Overall great expeience and would definitley look to book this unit again when staying in venice.

Great location

Overall, our stay was good. The apartment had a/c and it worked great with the Venice heat. The location was great as well. We only stayed for 3 days so didn’t do any laundry however if we needed to the washer was on the 1st floor of the building and was a bit scarey looking. Communication from the host was slow (sending me forms to fill out once I arrived in Venice.)

Family Vacation on the Grand Canal

Overall, our family had a great stay on the Grand Canal. Everything was as listed. The instructions to find the apartment were outstanding and very important. No way to find this place without them! The air conditioning didn’t work the first night, but it was corrected the next morning. We know water pressure is not the same as the US, but the shower in the back bathroom was definitely well below average driving us to use just the one shower for our two night stay. This would have been a bigger issue if we stayed longer.

Great location by the train, but consider noise

The location was wonderful right by the train station and right by the vapperetto stop making it very convenient to get around. The apartment has nice views and has an open feeling that is hard to find. Although a great location, there are a few things that were concerning. First of which was the noise by the water. In Venice there are small canals for gondolas and the large main waterway for taxis and vapperetto. This building is right by the main water canal and the boats were making noise the entire night. I couldn’t sleep well.In addition, the mattress and the pillows are very minimal and not great quality. Very flat and used. I would bring your own sheets and pillow if possible. The shampoo and soaps also are minimal. The place while wearing socks left residue and the other rooms bed frames were stained. It could be cleaner. In addition, there were about 8 mosquitos and we killed a couple at night. Maybe bring some mosquito spray or net for your stay. There’s also no functional freezer. Great location but very difficult to feel comfortable overall.

Apartment overlooking the grand canal

Traveling from Australia we had a 4 night winter break, in Venice. The apartment overlooks the grand canal and there are great views from the bedrooms.We were sent detailed instructions about how to get to the apartment, the entry is keyless. The are no bridges to cross from the train train station and there is a lift up to the apartment, which is a bonus if you have heavy cases. We walked to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. Vaporetto stops and restaurants were close by.We had a great stay,,, thankyou

Steps away from the train station and sites!

We had a wonderful time staying here while we vacationed in Venice. It is in a great location if you want to be close to the train station but also close enough to walk around the city. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby - even a grocery store. Me, my wife and two small children had a great time.

Great Little Apartment in a Really Convenient Location

Firstly, the communication from Wonderful Italy, who manage the property, was excellent and took all the ambiguity of getting to the apartment out of the picture. This was our first trip to Venice and travelling with a Teen with restricted mobility we wanted to make sure that we got straight to the apartment on arrival, we got a step by step photo guide to the door and from the airport bus at the Piazzale Roma it's a 10 min walk. The apartment was spotless, we barely used the kitchen (who goes to Italy to stay in and cook?) but all the pans utensils, crockery & cutlery were there, if we'd wanted to. The apartment has heating & aircon, we didn't need either when there, the beds were comfy but the pillows were pretty hard, I found them comfy enough, but I was on my own with that. One thing I will say is that it gets a bit noisy outside on the Grand canal at night. The Riva de Biasio water bus stop is directly across from the apartment, it's the Grand Canal so it's quite busy relatively speaking, akin to being on a main road into a town. If you want tranquility, pay more (£1,000s more) and go for an apartment further into the city but the quality of the apartment, the convenience of the location for all the main transport links in and around Venice plus the choice of restaurants, and the supermarket nearby too, it was not intrusive enough to prevent us re-booking this apartment if we return to Venice. We'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

Venice Stay By Saint Lucia Train Station

The location is very convenient, loccated a short walk from the train station. The directions were misleading and took us over an hour to locate. The apartment is very nice, but for our viist the necessities like coffee k-cups, paper towels, kleenex, all were missing. Only had an old sponge to use in the kitchen, no paper towels or napkins. Only 4 coffee k-cups for 4 adults for a 2 day stay were provided. Wifi password was incorrect and had to call for correct one. The elevator/lift was nice and the stairway steps were filthy dirty and with cob webs. All reported to management for hopeful improvement for future guests.

Amazing views and location

The apartment is conveniently located less than a 10 minute walk to the train station and the views from the two bedrooms are as advertised! The check-in process was easy and the communication with the host was prompt. A few necessities were missing like dishwasher pods and dish towels, but that was our only concern. Would stay here again!

Awful pillows !! Why haven’t they listened to previous reviews ? Flat hard pillows - very uncomfortable. Also kitchen wasn’t well equipped ( no scissors etc ) and not clean enough - there was no dish cloth and the scourer was old and filthy with old food stuck to it. Also only 1 dishwasher tablet and very little toilet paper. Washing machine in dirty room downstairs with the box it came in crowding out the room. No washing powder provided. Having said all that nice views of the grand canal and good position for shops and restaurants . Main balcony view is oddly off the bathroom though , no other balcony on the canal. The canal is very noisy too. Spacious apartment but for the price they need to pay attention to detail as above & also no bedside lights .

The property was very good in every aspect. If at all I have to say something negative then it is the staircase which was steep but then you are in Venice. Very good property and very good property manager. Allowed us to check in early.
