Rialto Canal View, spacious apartment with a vintage flavor in the Santa Croce district.



Beautiful apartment located on the second floor of a building served by elevator.

This lovely accommodation, consists of a large living room furnished with double sofa bed, dining table and open kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and kettle. This is followed by a charming bedroom with comfortable queen-size bed.

Finally,a functional bathroom with shower and bidet completes the layout.



Our guests will enjoy additional amenities such as: Free wifi, air conditioning, heating, iron and washing machine.



Cot available upon request, at an extra cost of 35€ per stay.



*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

Strolling through Venice is like diving in the past: the so-called calli (streets) are dotted and framed by aristocratic buildings such as the Doge's Palace, the historic home of the Doges, spectacular bridges including the famous Rio Alto Bridge, and canals navigable by gondolas, waterbuses, and boats of all kinds.

The heart of the city is the enchanting St. Mark's Square, which houses the Basilica of the same name and welcomes thousands of tourists from all over the world every day.

The most famous local event is definitely the Carnival, thanks to its centuries-old tradition of masks and costumes that enliven the streets every year.

Last but not least, the famous "Bàcaro Tour" is a must: a tour among taverns where to taste local wine along with cicheti, typical Venetian tasty bites.

The location and apartment are great- except for the cleanliness. There is still a major mold problem in the bathroom, it's in all kinds of places, as additionally seen on the other review(s). The property management company would not admit to or acknowledge this, nor would they consider any kind of refund because I didn't report it within 24 hours or take photos. There were also cobwebs everywhere, and many smashed mosquitoes on the walls in the bedroom. The washing machine's spin cycle also didn't work- and this was the main reason we booked this apartment, for the washing machine. They said they would send someone, and it was clear someone had been in the apartment- but they said they didn't know if anyone came to check it. They advised me to use settings that didn't work for us when we initially tried them, and claimed after the fact it worked fine.I have to wonder since this is a property management company, if the owner wouldn't like to know how their property is actually being managed. I hope they read this.

just ok

The location is quite nice. The area is convenient to the water bus, restaurants, and the Rialto Bridge area but in a quiet area. The apartment is historically charming and a comfortable size for three. The bathroom clearly has ongoing moisture problems with a very strong musty smell. Opening the window is not nearly enough to mitigate. There was a washer in the bathroom but I didn't dare use it due to the smell.There was enough hot water for one shower, or two if both turned the water off while shampooing or soaping. Check in was complicated and securing the key took us in the opposite direction from the apartment. The property manager did share quite a lot of information ahead of time, but in a format that was cumbersome to navigate, and details buried. Once we entered the outside door it was dark, dark. Have your phone flashlight ready.The sofa bed was significantly more comfortable than the actual bed. Overall, it was a place to sleep with a nice view of a quiet canal but I wouldn't choose it again.

Gross bathroom with bad check in process

The shower was very gross with mold and you could smell it. Also, the hot water was hot enought scald skin on any setting over 1/3 on the mixing valve. The check in process was needlessly complicated, with the key in a remote location from the apartment. It resulted in a huge amount if wasted time, and much frustration..
