It’s the worst hotel.. not clean and you have to pay to keep your bags in their storage.. I spent 3 nights.. and the cleaning service is not good! It’s disgusting! I could not sleep with the bad smell.

The property was very clean and close to transport links, however there were no basic amenities in the room and the electricity kept going every 5 mins even through the night which caused a lot of sleep disturbances because of the sound it made. Overall if you are looking for a hotel which is clean and close to the station this property will suffice.

We booked a last minute trip to Venise and didn’t have much options but we ended up being very satisfied with our stay here. The staff offered us a great service and the room was clean and fairly priced. The location is a bit far from Venise itself but the hotel is close to train station and bus stops. Will definitely go back there if I visit Venise again

The only thing I didn’t like was no water Provided. Out of 7 diff hotels this trip this one was nice and no water at all. Had to pay for it

My stay at the hotel in Venice offered a mix of experiences. Unfortunately, the initial interaction with the receptionist was marked by extreme rudeness, leaving me feeling unwelcome. Subsequent shifts at the reception varied in helpfulness, and I expressed my dissatisfaction to other staff members, who apologized on behalf of their colleagues. Despite this, I continued my stay, hoping for a better experience. The first room allocated had a stained wall and a faulty thermostat, causing discomfort due to the cold. Staff apologized at 4 am and provided another room, but the shower was unclean, requiring me to resort to alternative hygiene methods throughout my stay. While later receptions were better, the room's cleanliness was concerning, evident in video evidence of the unsatisfactory bathroom. Despite commendable breakfast service and staff, the room's subpar cleanliness may deter future bookings unless improvements are made. In summary: The hotel staff, aside from the initial encounter, varied from acceptable to good, indicating a need for consistent hospitality training. Room hygiene, especially the bathroom, was below expectations, requiring further attention and instruction for the cleaning staff. Posizione buona, non lontano dalla stazione di Venezia Mestre. Stanza un po' angusta, senza armadio, cassettiera e frigobar, ambiente anonimo. Bagno sufficientemente funzionale. Pulizia ottima, letti confortevoli. Personale efficiente. Non ho gradito l'assenza della prima colazione, dato il prezzo non indifferente riguardo la categoria dell'albergo; colazione fornita a pagamento ad un prezzo a mio avviso elevato. Un dettaglio molto sgradevole è stato il servizio di deposito bagagli a pagamento; non ricordo nessun albergo che me lo abbia fatto pagare. A mio avviso il rapporto qualità prezzo, in considerazione dei servizi offerti, è scadente.
