The apartment is accessed through its own independent entrance from the Salizada below and is situated on the first floor, reached by stairs.

Ca’ Del Monastero 5 and Ca’ Del Monastero 8 occupy a separate section of the residence with an independent entrance from the Salizada, creating an intimate and private setting within the larger Ca’ Del Monastero complex.



When booked together, the two apartments offer an ideal solution for extended families, couples travelling together or groups of friends who wish to stay close to one another while maintaining the privacy and independence of separate accommodations. The shared courtyard provides a welcoming space for gathering and socialising, combining conviviality with the comfort of having one’s own private apartment.



Guests staying at Ca' Del Monastero enjoy the rare opportunity to experience one of Venice's most authentic residential neighbourhoods while remaining within easy reach of the city's most celebrated landmarks.

Please note that the operation of air conditioning and heating is subject to local regulations and condominium rules. In general, heating is available from mid-October to mid-April, while air conditioning is available from mid-April to mid-October. Please contact us for further information.



For arrivals between 8:00 p.m. and midnight, an additional "late arrival" fee of Euro 50 applies, payable in cash upon arrival. Arrivals between midnight and 1:00 a.m. can be arranged for an additional fee of Euro 100. After this time, we reserve the right to accept arrivals subject to an additional supplement depending on the arrival time.



Beds will be arranged as either doubles or twins as shown in the photos. The possibility of turning a double bed into twins or vice versa can be found in the description and must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
