"We loved our stay! The place is very spacious, super clean, and perfectly located in Old San Juan. It was perfect for our family of five. We truly recommend this place!"

"Dead larvae on the floor, damp stains that look like mold on walls and ceilings, a sofa with stains of what I hope is chocolate, used toilet paper under the bed, hair everywhere, including in the “clean” bed linen, and dust and sand all over the floor. The shower had no drain cover, and the shower curtain was dirty. Overall extremely filthy, unhygienic, and unwelcoming. I have stayed in many places across Asia, Africa, and South America, and this is without doubt the dirtiest place I have ever...

"Enjoyed our stay everything was like described host was very good at responding and accommodating"

"The room is exactly as promoted. The toilet has enough of a small space for you just to sit. You don’t need to go out to party because you can hear the people from the downstairs signing. I was not worried about I thought for me was nice and cozy. The check in and out was excellent."

"It was a great place"

"loved it"

"Air conditioning was good parking was bad we weren’t always guaranteed parking the room was clean we didn’t see any staff"

"The unit was clean but one of the two air conditioners was not working. We call the host to let them know and he was aware of it. The other air conditioner needs maintenance, it never reach the selected temperature. It was a long not good night. Parking is on the street, no reserved or assigned parking space for the vehicle. The TV has not internet access so no tv to watch, try to set it access but didn’t work. The bed was very noisy and uncomfortable. Location is next to a highway so expect...

"Charming historical stay with a unique layout. We had a great stay in this historical Old San Juan apartment. The location was fantastic, and both check-in and check-out were a breeze. The property was pretty clean, had what we needed, and was nice for its age. As noted in the listing, it is located on the third floor with no elevator, and it is a lot of steps to climb. It does feature a unique, open-air layout. When you walk in, there is an open hallway exposed to the outside, and each room has...
