"The property was nothing like the photos. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom . The rooms smelled of mold, very dusty , So much so that my son had an asthma attack. I did speak with management, they assured me the cleaning team would come the next day to clean, they did not do a good job if they did come . The apartment was suppose to be a 3 bedroom, it was 2 bedrooms one did not have a closet and a loft no dressers. Loose loft railing , The loft floor felt as if you were going to fall...

"Its not a traditional hotel. No room service, no daily room cleaning, no on site services at all. Pretty simple. "

"Apartment was very clean and authentic to the area. Me and my husband loved it. The backyard tub was perfect after a day at the beach to come and relax and hang out. Close to the beach and food. The apartment has everything you need. Loved it."

"The apartment was wonderful and the location was ideal for walking to nearby restaurants, shopping, and sites to visit. The only thing I would caution people who have difficulty climbing stairs - this might not be the best place for you - there are stairs to get to the apartment and another flight inside the apartment to get to the 2nd bedroom. We loved the space and the balcony overlooking the street - it is a very good place to stay in old San Juan"

"The dryer didn’t work. The room was dry but we had to keep the AC on, which was directly above the bed and made it difficult to sleep. The pool is kind of gross. "

"very close to beach. beach chairs and towels were provided, which was nice. host provided checkin details an hour after checkin time. mirror behind bed was not cleaned well, but the rest of the room was very clean. Shower head barely worked. the room had a coffee pot and coffee, but no filters. Half a roll of toilet paper was provided for a 3-night stay. If you're on foot, you cant exit the property without a key. You can hear the airport but you get used to it."
