"Room was fine. Clothes closet is awkward and small. Shower wall has clouded glass in the bedroom and shines light into bedroom when on. Wall seem thin and sounds could be heard between bedroom and bathroom."

"Our room was clean but there was no lock on the washroom door. All the staff were great especially the staff at the buffet breakfast.Always smiling helpful and polite!"

"Great location - pleasantly suprised by the room. Only improvement that could enhance the experience is an onsite bar/restaurant. We ended up staying on a weekend where there must have been a hockey tournament - the pool area was incredibly busy and noisy and could use more frequent cleaning."

"Overall stay was ok. Front end staffs are not very helpful. Limited parking spaces in the hotel property. If parking is full, you have to park in the shopping plaza parking lot. Continental breakfast very limited option. Our room didn't have a window, however hotel is located in a prime area and some smart features like indicating do not disturb and needs cleaning are a added luxury. It has its own pros and cons."

"Positives: it was about -17 outside and very worm inside, toilet worked and relatively clean, beds were OK, tv worked. Negatives: microwave was not rotating and rusted; there were no place to hang outside closes; towels were on microwave and not in the bathroom; door did not have lock inside, only outside; there were no internal phone or any way to call management; internet was locked and password was not provided; lamp on the night stand was broken, no USB ports. "

"Almost every day we had to go down and get items the housekeeper missed. No complimentary breakfast Front desk clerk would interrupt, was defensive and combative."

"Honestly at first I didn’t like it . But when I actually stayed in the room I started to lighten up. My girlfriend did join me and I was concerned with the rooms being so close that we would be heard…non the less my girlfriend was still comfortable. I came to realization that this booking is definitely a great spot, I would re book again in the future . We just happened to stay the same weekend as the Iran protest/prade . "
