"Rude breakfast staff. When asked about gluten free options, the lady was irritated and said nothing is gluten free while there were some options there."

"I really enjoyed this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean and updated. The bed was super comfortable. No bath tub but the bathroom is fully updated with a huge shower. Probably my favourite hotel I have stayed in. The restaurant area is noisy at night with people enjoying the bar but that did not affect our stay. Room was quiet with minimal hallway noise. Our breakfast was included….food was good in the breakfast buffet. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Came to this hotel very late at night after a long work trip and the front desk manager was very unpleasant. Their machine wasn’t working and he was pressuring me to write my credit card down so he can charge it for the deposit at a later date. He refused to accept cash or to call my room once his machine was ready and threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t provide the card.
