"It's obvious that the hotel management and staff care deeply about their establishment. Even though it has three star vibes when you walk into the lobby, the hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was better than any other hotel in this class. The food was fresh and they stayed on top of topping it up, even when it was very busy. The only complaint is that the hot tub jets weren't working but that's trivial in the grand scheme...
"The guys at the front desk were very welcoming, especially the tall gentleman and the one who looks like Santa Claus! 😊 The building is older but has a charming vintage feel. Our room was clean and renovated. There’s no elevator, but the staff can help with your luggage if needed. Great location too, close to many tourist attractions!"
